Frequently asked questions

How does your school fundraiser work?

It's simple — and that's the whole point. You book your two-week fundraising window, and we launch a custom online store featuring your school's name, mascot, and colors. Parents and community members shop directly online, choose their personalized items, and pay at checkout. Once your fundraiser closes, we handle all design, production, and fulfillment in-house. Orders are shipped together to your school, grouped by homeroom teacher, ready to distribute. You don't touch a single catalog, collect a single dollar, or sort a single order.

How much does our school earn from the fundraiser?

Most schools earn between $3,000 and $8,000 during their two-week fundraiser. Your school receives 20–30% of total sales, paid out at the same time your orders are delivered — no chasing invoices, no delays. The more your community shares the store link, the more you earn. We'll send you marketing materials to help spread the word.

Is there any cost to run the fundraiser?

None. There is no upfront cost, no setup fee, and no minimum order requirement to get started. You keep your percentage of sales — we handle everything else. The only thing it costs you is a few minutes to book your dates and share a link.

How long does the fundraiser run?

Each fundraiser runs for two weeks. This window is long enough for word to spread through your school community, and short enough to create the urgency that drives purchases. After your window closes, production begins and orders are delivered to your school within 2–3 weeks.

What kinds of products can we sell in our school fundraiser?

All products are custom-designed with your school's name, mascot, and colors. Popular items include tumblers, trucker hats, car coasters, air fresheners, and apparel. Everything is made to feel like a keepsake — quality families actually want to buy, not just obligatory fundraiser purchases. Products are designed and produced entirely in-house, so quality control is consistent from order to order.

How are orders delivered to the school?

All orders ship together in one delivery to your school. They arrive pre-sorted by homeroom teacher, so distribution is straightforward — no sorting piles, no matching names to orders. Your payout is sent at the same time using the payment method of your choice.

Do you work with schools outside of North Carolina?

Yes — we serve schools locally in North Carolina and nationwide. Our fundraiser is fully online, so location is never a barrier. Parents order online, and everything ships directly to your school regardless of where you're located.

What's the difference between the Online Fundraiser and the Spirit Store Starter Pack?

The Online Fundraiser is a two-week custom school store where parents order directly — ideal for PTOs and large-scale fundraising campaigns. The Spirit Store Starter Pack is a physical merchandise bundle (10 hats, 10 tumblers, 10 air fresheners, 10 car coasters) that arrives ready to sell at games, events, or in your school store — great for booster clubs and spirit nights. Many schools do both: run an online fundraiser and sell spirit merchandise at games for maximum earning potential.

Can we see what the products will look like before we commit?

Absolutely. Before your store goes live, you'll receive custom product mockups in your school's colors and mascot so you can see exactly what parents will be ordering. Nothing goes live until you're happy with how everything looks.

Is there a minimum number of orders or participants required?

No minimum. Whether your school has 50 families or 500, the fundraiser works the same way. That said, the more your community shares the store link, the higher your payout — so we do provide marketing materials and tips to help you maximize participation.

Why I Do This

As a parent, I understand how much school communities matter. I’ve cheered from the sidelines, packed lunches, volunteered at events, and seen firsthand how fundraising supports classrooms, teachers, and students in meaningful ways.

I do this to remove the pain points for PTO's, Schools and Teams by having one Fully Managed Fundraising system - with no cost, inventory or mess.
