All items are made to order after the fundraiser closes.

Orders are delivered to the school within the communicated production window (usually 2 weeks) and distributed by your child’s homeroom or class teacher.
Do I need to pay shipping?

No. Orders are delivered directly to your school — no shipping fees required.
Can I ship to my home instead?

Orders are grouped for school delivery to keep the fundraiser organized and profitable.

At this time, home shipping is not available during school fundraisers.
What if I entered the wrong name?

If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After production begins, changes may not be possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?

We stand behind our products.

If there is a quality issue, please contact us and we will make it right.
How does this fundraiser help our school?

A percentage of every purchase goes directly back to your school, helping support programs, events, and student experiences.
Who do I contact with questions?

All customer questions are handled directly by A Wee Bit Southern.

Schools and PTO volunteers are not responsible for individual order issues.

All purchases are completed securely online through our encrypted checkout system.
What if I'm ordering for more than one child?

You can either choose one Homeroom teacher for every item, or choose a different teacher for each item. Personalization is done depending on the name you choose when you add it to cart. For duplicate items with different names, simply add them to cart separately.
